This is a real report. We pointed Meerkat at our own site and asked three personas to work out what it does, how a run works, and what it costs. Nothing here is written by hand: the verdict, the problems, the personas' words and every screenshot came out of the run.
Three of three personas understood Meerkat, but none found a price.
The offer and run process were clear through the homepage example and supporting details. Pricing stayed unclear because the page offered only vague cost language and no direct pricing information.
What workedThe personas understood that AI personas use real browsers to try customer journeys and return findings with evidence and fixes.

Pricing is missing from the page and signup
People looking for cost find claims such as “Runs are cheap” and “Free to start,” but no allowance, billing basis, paid price, or clear route to that information.

I quickly understood that AI personas try real websites and return findings, screenshots, and fixes. The example made the run easy to follow, but “Runs are cheap” and “Free to start” never gave me a price. I got through everything, but couldn't judge the cost.
