What real participants give you that AI can't
Real motivation, real context, and reasons. A person can tell you why they hesitated, what they expected from a product like yours, and whether they would pay for it. An AI persona's opinions are generated, and Meerkat labels them that way. When the decision depends on what customers want, talk to customers.
What AI personas give you that a study can't
- Speed: results in minutes, so a check fits between a build and a release.
- Repetition: the same task, the same personas, after every change, with regressions flagged.
- Staging: test a build no customer can see yet, without a participant creating accounts in it.
- Cost: a run costs credits, not incentives and recruiting.
Using both
