- You report usability with standard benchmark scores such as SUS.
When Meerkat is the better fit
- The flow exists, on staging or live, and you want to see exactly where it breaks: the click, the screen, the words.
- You want a list of what to fix, worst first, with the evidence and a suggested change for each.
- You ship often and want the same task run again after each release, with fixed problems that come back flagged.
- You want to start without talking to sales: self-serve, with published prices.
